We currently don’t offer packaging services. We request you to keep your shipment packed and ready for pickup. We recommend using packaging materials suitable for your shipment to avoid any damage.

Yes, you need to print and paste the shipment label. Our field executive will carry a pre-barcoded flyer for your shipment.

After booking your shipment, you can change your phone number and / or address for the receiver directly from the My Orders page on the website or the My Orders tab in the app. You cannot change the sender’s details after booking your order.

You cannot update the weight slab of your order once it has been booked. You can however cancel and rebook your order with the correct weight details.

The weight limit for shipments booked on Thugo is currently set to 50 kg. Customers are advised not to book orders weighing more than 50 kg. If an order is found to be more than 50 kg by the Thugo team, the booking will not be honored.

The express option is available for specific transit lanes only. Additionally, shipments weighing more than 5 kg cannot be booked under express movement. Express shipments should be within 50x50x50 cm in dimensions for length, width and height respectively. Some items are not transit-worthy by express mode. Yes, you can cancel your pickup request from the My Orders page and the charges will be refunded to your source account. It takes up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Orders booked before 2 pm on working days can be attempted for a pickup on the same day.
